Actual pricing depends on property size, species, infestation severity, and the scope of exclusion work required. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Payment terms are established at the time of booking.
4. Pest Control Regulations
Chemical pest control treatments in Texas are regulated under the Texas Structural Pest Control Act and administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture. Lubbock Rodent Control performs chemical treatments in compliance with applicable Texas structural pest control regulations. Nothing in these Terms or on this Site implies that any particular chemical application will be available or appropriate for any specific property or situation; that determination is made on-site by the technician.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
